- Allocation of an experienced Property Manager solely dedicated to enquiries you have in relation to your rental.

- Monthly, fortnightly and weekly rent payment facilities including direct debit, internet and phone banking.

 

What are the steps in renting a South Pacific Property?

 

1. Your initial point of contact

Our Renting Consultant is your first point of contact and will assist you by asking a series of important questions to ensure that we help you select the right property t suit your needs. As we have a wide range of apartments and villas, it�s important that we both take time to understand your family's real needs.

 

2. Property inspection

Our Renting Consultant will then arrange a time to meet with you at the properties you have selected in order to allow you to closely inspect the property. If the property meets your needs, our Renting Consultant will then ask you to complete a rental contract (step 3).

 

3. Completing your rental contract

It is essential that each person over eighteen years who will reside in the property completes the Rental Contract.

The contract will include:

- Proposed Start Date of lease.
- The term or length of the lease.
- The rental amount and dates of payment.
- A detailed description of the condition of the property prior to your moving in as well as a listing of all items included in the property
  that you will be responsible for during the term of you contract.
- Bank account details for payment of the monthly lease amount.

 

It is always helpful to ensure that you provide additional information at the time of singing the rental contract such as:

- Official Identification such as - Romanian ID. Passport or Driver's License.
- Proof of your last residential address from your Telephone or Electricity Account.
- Supporting proof of Income, for payment of rental
- Rental references
- Evidence of applicant's income

 

At the time of signing your rental contract, you will be required to pay one months rent in advance and a bond of one months rent.

 

What happens now?

Once your rental contract has been signed and all deposit money paid, our Renting Consultant will arrange for you to receive keys to the property and will hand you a South Pacific rental folder with contact numbers in case of emergency .
